Harvesting : Mechanical, done from the 21st to the 3rd of September 2015
Vinification : 100 % destemming without pressing.Vinification in vats thermostatically controlled by internal heat exchangers at 23 – 25 °C. 12 day fermentation. Malolactic fermentation done immediately after draining.
Maturing : Lightly filtered at the end of December and aged in tanks with a 2 week period in traditional Loire valley barrels.
The sand and gravel soils give this wine a harmonius blend of flower and fruit that is appreciated as much with the nose as the mouth.
