Climate : Exceptional weather since April promising a very good millésime. We are near the memorable years of 2003 and 2005.

Grape variety : 100 % cabernet franc (locally called «cabernet breton ») grafted on a 3309 and 101/14 stock.
Average age of vines : 15 years, density 5000 plants/hectare.
Yield : 42 hectolitres/hectare
Alcoolic degree : 12,4 °
Harvesting : Mechanical. Started on the 21st of September, finishing on the 3rd of October
Vinification : 100 % destemming without pressing. Manual sorting of grapes. Vinification in vats thermostatically controlled by internal heat exchangers at 21 – 24 °C. 8 day fermentation. Malolactic fermentation done immediately after draining and completed by the 15th of November.
