Situation : Mid-slope

Soil : Eolian sands.

Grape variety : 100 % cabernet franc (locally called «Breton ») grafted on a 3309 and 101/14 stock.

Average age of vines : 15 years, density 5000 plants/hectare.

Yield : 40 hectolitres/hectare

Harvesting : Manual

Vinification :  55 % bled grapes, 45 % pressed grapes.Vinification  in vats thermostatically controlled by internal heat exchangers at 15 – 19 °C. 30 day fermentation. No malolactic fermentation, no chaptalization.

Tasting

Serve at a temperature of 10°C – 12°C. These rosé wines accompany very well meals with fish, cold meats and  also barbecues.
